Did you enjoy my ginger drink?
Here is the recipe:
- one big racine of ginger
- 4 lemons
- 1 dl bio apple juice
- 5-7 dl water
- turmeric powder (curcuma powder)
- little bit of pepper (for the turmeric)
you may replace apple juice by orange juice or be creative and find your best mixture!
Drink every day 1/2 dl and feel more energized and resistant to all those nasty bacterias!
Ginger is antiinflamatory, thus it helps also for your bone and joint health!
