GINGER Drink

Did you enjoy my ginger drink? 

Here is the recipe:

  • one big racine of ginger
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 dl bio apple juice
  • 5-7 dl water
  • turmeric powder (curcuma powder)
  • little bit of pepper (for the turmeric)

you may replace apple juice by orange juice or be creative and find your best mixture!

Drink every day 1/2 dl and feel more energized and resistant to all those nasty bacterias!

Ginger is antiinflamatory, thus it helps also for your bone and joint health!
