Summer is approaching with ist warm temperatures and sunshine. This is the perfect time to detox your body. During summer time, when
The temperature is rising and we spend more time outside, we prefer lighter and less salty food and cooler drinks.
This would be the optimal time for a purification cure.

Treat yourself to a Green Detox Smoothie instead of breakfast, as an energy booster into the day …

The recipe:

  • a handful spinach leaves
  • arugula leaves
  • one apple
  • one banana
  • peppermint leaves

Mix everything in a blender (first the apple and the banana followed by the other ingredients, plus water) and enjoy your green smoothy!

For dinner enjoy a Juice Plus+ Shape Shake vanilla with fruits – for example strawberries from the local market.
